We take pride in the printing quality and the quality of the materials that go into the production of the product that we ship to you.
Thus, we try to make sure that the digital image is depicted as accurately as possible in the print.
We need to notice though, that the printing process is not 100% accurate, and thus some differences might be visible between the digital and the printed versions.
Our goal is to make these as small as possible.
One more note that we would like to add is that the colours of the digital image can appear different even between monitors.
Because each painting is made after request, we do not accept returns, as per the EU policy.
In case your product is damaged upon arrival at your place you should contact us via email immediately and at most within 5 days from the day you received your product, with a video showing the damage.
Short answer is no.
We allow the first buyer of a painting to be the unique owner of the design, hence, such a product would only be available for re-purchase by the original buyer.
